About

My work experience, creativity and drive has given me the opportunity to cover a lot of ground in a number of industries. I've worked in Experiential Marketing, Film and Television, Fashion, Visual Merchandising, Creative & Art  Direction, and Production Design.

With a multi-disciplinary approach, I bring concept-driven experiences and visual identities to life through thoughtfully crafted physical spaces, photo shoots, and events. I have been working primarily as a Production Designer and Creative Director for the past seven years in Canada and the US. Designing for various brands, creating    and producing environments for retail spaces, pop-up shops, brand identities, festival installations, product launches, and parties. I've worked client facing, agency facing, and you will often find me up in a lift physically building the creations I've dreamed up. I am extremely hands on. 

Who am I ? A creative force, an extremely  hard worker, and an effortlessly playful, grounded and humorous being. What sets me apart is my ability to lead a project from concept to completion with an informed approach every step of the way. My creative intuity, finesse and technical prowess enable me to take on briefs with an educated perspective, knowing what it takes to not only dream without limitation, but also an innate understanding of the process, logistics and practicalities required to physically produce and deliver. 

Fun fact about me - my background is in Fashion. I have a Master's Degree in Accessories Design with a Focus in Footwear. I worked as an Accessories Designer for Viktor and Rolf here in Amsterdam for 3 years. I designed  shoes, bags, belts, opticals and jewelry - I was involved in every step of the production of the collections from initial concept to final execution. I also had responsibilities as a Print / Embroidery Designer - creating complex digital artworks for woven and print applications, and developed bead-work techniques for embroidery and embellishments. Additionally I was tasked with making large scale art works for their Paris runway shows, and look book shoots.
